Free smoking-cessation classes for students, faculty, staff

Campus Wellness and Palmetto Health Richland Hospital offer an effective smoking cessation class for students, faculty, and staff. Classes are FREE. Classes are available on-campus, and span just 6 classes in 3 weeks. Call 296-CARE to register. If you want to take one of the classes held on campus, tell the receptionist when you call to register. You will also be given a date and time to meet with Dr. Ewing, the medical doctor who will write you a prescription for Zyban or the nicotine patch.

• Class One: February 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19 (5:15-6:30pm)
• Class Two: March 24, 26, 31, April 2, 7, 9 (5:15-6:30pm)
